You are not satisfied with your order?
As long as the product is unopened and still sealed, you can of course send it back. However, you have to bear the costs for the return shipping yourself. Once the goods have arrived intact with us, you will be refunded the amount.
To ensure that all spices arrive back to us intact, use the original packaging for the return.

Unfortunately, the cost of the return must be borne by yourself.
For complaints write us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, with a brief description of the complaint and the following information (if available):
- Customer number
- Invoice number and purchase date
- Item description
- Two pictures from which the defect can be seen
We will then contact you as soon as possible.
