How are the spice blends prepared?
Our spice blends are freshly prepared according to our own recipe. The individual spices are first mixed, then roasted and finally ground. This gives the spices a unique fresh touch.
What is the best way to store spices?
Most spices should be stored in a dry, dark place and not too warm. But a little sunlight does not immediately harm the spices.
Using your spices regularly helps maintain their freshness. However, each spice has its own shelf life. Particularly with powders like turmeric, the storage location is crucial. After opening, we recommend consuming the spices within six months. Powders, for example, can be stored effectively in a drawer – there, they remain dry, cool, and dark. If you use your own spice jars, ensure they are tightly sealed to preserve quality.
